In 1999, the Board of Directors of the Wenatchee Credit Bureau made a decision to dissolve the Non-Profit business. This decision was partially made for the Credit Bureau by their main support system that provided the information for the credit reports that were compiled. The company that owned the support system decided that they did not want independent companies such as ours, and they offered a sum of money for our credit files. After researching the available avenues, we decided to take their offer.

After many discussions, the Board elected to pursue the idea of forming a Private Non-Profit Foundation For Youth. We decided this would cover the North Central Washington area, and that the funds would be made readily available for those youth, according to their needs.

The Board elected to help youth, from inception of their life, through the age of 18 years. Our mission is to assist youth/organizations in all area's of need. This includes sports, education, medical, youth camps, religious, cultural or social welfare.

We have designed and developed a web site, that will offer the forms to apply for grants of need, under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or by an organization contributions to which are deductible under Section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Unlike many Non-Profit organizations, it is our goal to help all youth that have more immediate needs. We know that there are many fine organizations that want to help the youth, but are delayed in funding worthy causes, due to the lengthy processes that are connected to their system. Our goal is to fill some of those worthy needs in a more timely fashion.

Our long range goal is to be able to furnish the youth a facility that will be used as a multi purpose youth center. With hard work, and the help of former youths, we will accomplish that goal!

Please remember, "The youth of today, is our fortunes of time!"
