The North Central Washington Foundation for Youth is a non-profit private foundation designed to make donations to other organizations that provide services and programs to youth sport activities such as boys and girls soccer, little league baseball, Babe Ruth baseball, AAU basketball, etc. It also includes organizations that provide services and programs to youth in ballet, theatre, and other arts and music. The programs must provide services and programs to youth 18 years of age or younger.

The foundation will also provide direct funding for children who cannot afford to pay membership or participation fees for various youth sports, arts or music programs provided in North Central Washington.

The Foundation may participate with other organizations to establish a "Youth Faculty" that will allow youth to participate in activities in sports, arts, and music.
